一年一次討人厭的RCI又來了
討厭的並不是考核這動作或是動機
討厭的是所要去回答的問題
這就好像看了一本無意義的書卻又必須寫心得報告一樣
而且做答時還不可以太直接、太誠實
所以…夠討人厭的吧!


For early Nov. RCI:

Per below, please write down your answer & arrange your RCI:

* your own personal goals?
to learn more knowledage of chairs (components, function...etc)
to speak/ write fluent English

很制式化的答案 , 但...應該是最好的答案吧

 * your own career, job, customer sales/etc targets?
to satisfy customers
clear understand each customer's current purchasing models and orders
to reduce the qty of air parts
to get receivables on time

所謂目標也就是指平常做不到的 , 所以......

* good points to continue, weak points to improve
good points to continue:
finish works in work hours (only few days works overtime)
always follow company regulations

這是實話 !

* weak points to improve:
MUST be healthy --> no more colds, headaches...
這也是實話 ! 在這邊工作後身體健康越來越差了

* what you need from company?
No.
實際上我想寫的是 -
company regulations are for all employees, not only for some people.
do we have a system of rewards and penalties?
但是為了避免不必要的麻煩 , 還是不敢寫 ... >"<

* what problems you face? suggestions to overcome
late responses or no response from fty even have been chasing many many times, and sometimes the information from fty is not correct.
I have no idea how to improve these problems.

實話 ! 工廠真的令人很頭痛 !
只是廠長都默不吭聲了 , 我們哪敢有任何建議啊 !
